HISTORY AND PHILOSOPHY Commercial
Facilities
Management
(CFM) Inc.
is a Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned
Small Business (SDVOSB) that was founded in 1990.
Our professional expertise results from years of
successfully performing complete facilities
maintenance management, operations, asset
management, logistics, and emergency services.
We are a
national company with past and present clients in
the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and Southwest
markets.
In the start
up phase, our primary business orientation was to
provide services to the government markets,
Federal, state and local. Over the past several
years, our principal client has been the

| General
Services Administration (GSA) and more
specifically, the Public Buildings Service (PBS).
During our growth phase, our management
philosophy was to focus on a specific target
market, learn the characteristics of that market,
build working relationships, and entrust our
future successes to providing value to the client.
In return, we sought to be recognized by the
client and our industry partners as a reliable,
professional and dedicated corporate entity. Our
marketing philosophy is to seek clients who
appreciate our best value approach to providing
facilities services, learn the clients
needs, and provide our services in a
straightforward manner as a partner in the
delivery process. CFMs long-term plan is to
grow with the available market opportunities, but
doing so in a managed pace which will not
interfere with the service expectations of our
existing clients.
With our
years of working relationships with many
PBS facilities managers, we have been
personally knowledgeable of their unique mission
focus to provide a working environment that
maximizes client agencies ability to
perform their missions. That same mission
focus is also what CFM has adopted in all its
business relationships. CFM firmly believes that
the continuing outsourcing growth in the Federal
market will be a valid benchmark for increasing
our long-term revenue expectations.
CFMs
expectations are based upon our research and
factual statistics, which form the basis of our
Marketing Plan in which our customers are clearly
looking for best value solutions to
provide client services and continually
emphasizes the need to compete services to all
market segments.
