is a Small Business (SBA Approved) that was founded in 1990.
Our professional expertise results from years of
successfully performing complete facilities
maintenance management, operations, asset
management, logistics, and emergency services.
We are a
national company with past and present clients in
the Midwest, West, Northeast, North, Southeast, Southwest and South
markets.
In the start
up phase, our primary business orientation was to
provide services to the government markets,
Federal, state and local. Over the past several
years, our principal client has been the

Services Administration (GSA) and more
specifically, the Public Buildings Service (PBS).
Over the years, our management philosophy has been, and
still remains, to focus on a specific target market, learn
their characteristics of that market, build working
relationships, and entrust our future successes to
providing value to the client. In return, are
recognized by client and industry partners as
reliable, professional and dedicated corporate
leaders. Our marketing philosophy seeks clients who appreciate our best value approach to
providing facilities services, understanding clients' needs, and provide services in a
straightforward manner as a partner in the delivery process. CFM continues to grow with
the available market opportunities at a pace that does not interfere with the service
expectations among all our clients.
With many years of strong working relationships with various Building and Facilities
Managers, CFM has acquired a knowledge and expertise in providing a working
environment that maximizes client agencies' ability to achieve their goals. CFM has
adopted this philosophy in all its' business relationships, continuing to grow in the
Federal and Private Markets.
